WASH Project for Balkh IDP’s, OXFAMProvided support to Balkh IDP’s by distribution of Winterization Kits, Construction of Latrines, Construction of Bore holes, training on Hygiene awareness, water management and community based sanitary. AHEAD implemented WASH and nutrition activities through community-based interventions. In close coordination with local BPHS and provincial EPHS implementing partners, AHEAD coordinated service delivery to the targeted communities and enhanced knowledge and skills of mothers and families for a healthy environment.
The community-based approaches enabled AHEAD to improve capacities of CDC and DDAs to demand quality health service delivery. |
