a) Provision of technical support (basic server maintenance, basic database management and system troubleshooting) b) Conducting on the job training to finance officers on ICT and WEPS management c) Provision of training to GDPDC ICT staff identified for transition on the administration and maintenance of WEPS infrastructure d) Protection of WEPS terminals from unauthorized users by installing antivirus and firewall software e) Coordination and resolving the connectivity issues with support from MOIA ICT and/or any other internet service provider f) Advising and supporting the establishment structure for issuing and renewing the expired biometric ID Cards g) Provision recommendations to LOTFA/Support to payroll management project on key areas in payroll system that needs to be improved.
